FAQs

Got a question? We’ve got you covered. Here are some of the most common queries about our co-working space and facilities.

All Coworking Members have access to our coworking space via personal entry system 24/7. In the case of an after-hour event, we may ask our members to use a different room from what is scheduled to be occupied. However, access is always guaranteed.

The office is not staffed full time at all times. If you want to come for a tour, please contact us. We want to make sure we will be available for your questions. Our tour usually takes only 15 minutes.

Frankly, the only way to find out for sure is to try it. We don’t have free trials but, if you feel you need to try it, you can always purchase a day pass and if you join on the same day of your day pass, we will apply the credit back to your account. All this said, please keep in mind that we are month-to-month. There is virtually no risk of making a wrong commitment.

No. Almost all of our memberships are on a month-to-month basis. However, any member who wants to use the space needs to sign a membership agreement.

No, you can come whenever you want and use your days however you like. For example, you can come for a couple of days in a row in the first week of the month and save some for the end of the month. Or, you could spread them evenly throughout the month by coming in 1 or 2 days every week. It’s all up to you. With the ‘unlimited’ or ‘fix desk’ membership, you can come as much or as little as you want 7 days a week.

A member can have one free guest each month. The member should never share the private digital access key, and they should notify us of the presence of their guests because they need to sign a day use limited liability form.  Guests staying less than 2 hours are always free.

Please contact us and let us know what other days you plan on coming. We will charge you the discounted member day pass rate for any extra days.

Yes! We have a meeting room that is perfect for meeting with 4 people. Our meeting room has a whiteboard, table, multiple chairs, and a phone. Please reserve the meeting room online ahead of time. Clients who join you for meetings do not have to pay, but please be responsible for your guest. They cannot use the space without your presence. If they want to stay for coworking, please arrange this with us ahead of time and pay the guest rate for them.

We have designed our space to be as ergonomic and flexible as possible. We encourage you to switch it up at least every few hours for better health and a new perspective. Sadly not. We kept a desk for you off the market.

Yes, you can leave your stuff during the day. Please don’t leave your belongings in our public areas including phone booths or meeting room. Unless you have a fixed desk, please don’t leave your items on desks at the end of the day. Take them home or put them away in a locker, which you can rent for a small extra fee.  We don’t take any responsibility for missing items, and your belongings are your own responsibility and are not insured in any way by us.

We provide a black and white network printer for regular use (about 20 pages per day) in the space. If you plan on printing a lot, please use a print shop. Help us keep this benefit free by printing responsibly. The environment will thank you as well.

No, we included all costs for coffee and tea in your membership as long as everyone uses our resources mindfully.
