I had a great experience working remotely at this location! I opted for a day pass as I needed a quiet place to focus outside of the house for an online conference. The space itself is very well designed, with a variety of desks and meeting spaces as well as private rooms to make calls from. Super accessible and great amenities, would highly recommend this coworking space.Posted on Google Ryan ShirleyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fantastic coworking space - really friendly coworkers, responsive management, and a great space. The neighborhood it's in is nice, lots of great places to eat, and lovely places to take a mid-day walk. The coworking space itself is everything you need. Various types of desks and chairs, most desks adjustable height, good meeting rooms, well-appointed kitchen that's kept very clean, phone booths, etc etc. Truly everything you'd want and need. And the manager is super friendly and helpful. So glad I found West Seattle Coworking!Posted on Google Rachel STrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was visiting a friend in West Sea last minute and needed a place to work & take lots of meetings. This spot on 35th was perfect!! For 3 days I was able to work seamlessly w no interruptions in service. Loved the variety of seating. I had a room w a door to close for a very reasonable day pass fee. Huge monitors, fast wifi, one room even had a ring light. Manager was helpful and friendly. Thanks so much y'all!Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. Frequently Asked Questions
Got a question? We’ve got you covered.
Here are some of the most common queries about our co-working space and facilities.
What are the office hours for West Seattle Coworking?
All Coworking Members have access to our coworking space via personal entry system 24/7. In the case of an after-hour event, we may ask our members to use a different room from what is scheduled to be occupied. However, access is always guaranteed.
What are the office hours for a tour and member support?
The office is not staffed full time at all times. If you want to come for a tour, please contact us. We want to make sure we will be available for your questions. Our tour usually takes only 15 minutes.
How will I know if this works for me before I sign up?
Frankly, the only way to find out for sure is to try it. We don’t have free trials but, if you feel you need to try it, you can always purchase a day pass and if you join on the same day of your day pass, we will apply the credit back to your account. All this said, please keep in mind that we are month-to-month. There is virtually no risk of making a wrong commitment.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Almost all of our memberships are on a month-to-month basis. However, any member who wants to use the space needs to sign a membership agreement.
Do I have to come the same day every week for a part time membership?
No, you can come whenever you want and use your days however you like. For example, you can come for a couple of days in a row in the first week of the month and save some for the end of the month. Or, you could spread them evenly throughout the month by coming in 1 or 2 days every week. It’s all up to you. With the ‘unlimited’ or ‘fix desk’ membership, you can come as much or as little as you want 7 days a week.
What are the rules for guest passes?
A member can have one free guest each month. The member should never share the private digital access key, and they should notify us of the presence of their guests because they need to sign a day use limited liability form. Guests staying less than 2 hours are always free.
I signed up for a part time membership and used up all my days. I still want to come after that. What should I do?
Please contact us and let us know what other days you plan on coming. We will charge you the discounted member day pass rate for any extra days.
Can I meet with clients?
Yes! We have a meeting room that is perfect for meeting with 4 people. Our meeting room has a whiteboard, table, multiple chairs, and a phone. Please reserve the meeting room online ahead of time. Clients who join you for meetings do not have to pay, but please be responsible for your guest. They cannot use the space without your presence. If they want to stay for coworking, please arrange this with us ahead of time and pay the guest rate for them.
Can I share my monthly days with my partner?
Yes, only for full time memberships and with a symbolic fee. We just need to know that these are your intentions. One person will be responsible for billing.
Can my team use the coworking space?
Yes, your team is welcome. If your team needs a desk or space for meetings, please ask us about availability and special rates for teams of 3+.
Can I rollover my unused days?
No, we don’t offer the ability to rollover.
What if I come for a few hours here and there. Could I come more days than the agreed days?
For a charge, yes! A day is a day even if you decide to take advantage of only a few hours of the day. If you need to come more days than your plan allows, just let us know, and we can bill you for those.
Do I get my own desk?
Yes, we offer permanent/fixed desks. If you sign up for a ‘fix desk’ membership, pick your favorite of what’s available
Does your facility offer ergonomic workspaces?
We have designed our space to be as ergonomic and flexible as possible. We encourage you to switch it up at least every few hours for better health and a new perspective. The meeting room is a shared space, so please talk to us if you need it for extended hours.
My work needs have changed. How can I quit or suspend my membership?
Our memberships are month-to-month. Please give us your written notice (email will suffice) 30 days prior to cancel your membership for the following month. We will be sorry to see you go, but we understand.

Sadly not. We kept a desk for you off the market.
Can I leave my stuff?
Yes, you can leave your stuff during the day. Please don’t leave your belongings in our public areas including phone booths or meeting room. Unless you have a fixed desk, please don’t leave your items on desks at the end of the day. Take them home or put them away in a locker, which you can rent for a small extra fee. We don’t take any responsibility for missing items, and your belongings are your own responsibility and are not insured in any way by us.
